Marine Electronics Supply — Long Island

Marine electronics supply for Long Island boat owners.

We supply Garmin, Simrad, Raymarine, Furuno, Icom, and other major brands through authorized channels. Equipment comes with full manufacturer warranties.

Most of our customers want both equipment and installation — we handle both. But if you need marine electronics equipment supplied for a specific project, or want to purchase through a local installer rather than a big-box store or online retailer, we can source what you need through authorized distribution channels.

Supply vs Install

Equipment supply, installation, or both

Most customers who contact us want installation and the equipment to go with it. For those customers, we supply the equipment as part of the job and bill it separately from labor.

We can also supply equipment to customers who are doing their own installation or having it installed by their boatyard. In these cases, we source the equipment and you pick it up or we deliver to your marina.

One important note: if you buy equipment from us and have it installed by someone else, the manufacturer's warranty is intact. If you supply your own equipment purchased elsewhere and we install it, our labor warranty covers the installation but the manufacturer warranty may depend on where you purchased from.

Marine Electronics Equipment

Marine electronics sourcing and supply on Long Island.

LIME sources and supplies marine electronics equipment as part of complete installation packages. We are not a retail store, but we procure equipment for every project through our authorized distributor relationships — often faster and at more competitive pricing than retail channels. You can also supply your own equipment if you have already purchased it or found a deal; we install any quality marine-grade product.

How equipment sourcing works

For most projects, we handle equipment sourcing as part of the project estimate. You describe what you want — specific models, specific brands, or general requirements — and we provide a complete package quote covering equipment and labor. We get competitive distributor pricing and pass it through at a reasonable markup. The total cost is typically comparable to buying retail and hiring an installer separately — with the benefit of knowing the equipment was selected by someone who knows your specific boat and installation requirements.

Brands and products we source

Garmin, Simrad, Raymarine, Furuno, Standard Horizon, Icom, FLIR, Fusion, JL Audio, Blue Sea Systems, Marinco, Victron Energy, and all other major marine electronics and power management brands. Transducers, antennas, through-hull fittings, marine-grade wire and connectors, NMEA 2000 backbone components, fuse panels, battery switches, and shore power equipment.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I buy equipment from you and install it myself?

Yes. We can supply equipment for self-installation. We'll advise on what you need and make sure you have the right components, connectors, and network parts for the job.

Do you supply equipment at competitive prices?

We buy through authorized distribution at competitive rates. We are not a retail store and don't have overhead or showroom costs. Our equipment pricing is typically comparable to authorized online retailers, with the benefit of local availability and installation support.

Can I get equipment and installation together?

Yes — that's the most common arrangement. We source the equipment, install it, and bill equipment and labor separately on the same invoice. You get one point of contact for the whole project.

What if the equipment has a problem after purchase?

All equipment we supply comes with the full manufacturer warranty. We handle warranty coordination with the manufacturer on your behalf when equipment is both supplied and installed by us.
